Ingredients -
1 Raw Mango(medium size)
1 medium sized onion chopped finely
salt as per taste
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp jaggery grated.
1 tbsp Oil
Method -
1) Peel and grate the raw mango. Add onion and jaggery to it.
2) Heat oil in a small kadai. Add mustard seeds, asafoetida and the powders.
3) Pour this tadka on the mango-onion mixture. Add salt and mix well.
4) Serve it with hot chapatis or rotis.
